This deeply restorative practice is
designed to slow everything down—your breath, your body, and your mind. With
supported poses like Reclined Butterfly, Low Lunge with Blocks, Puppy Pose, and
Supported Bridge, you'll create space to reset your nervous system, release
tension, and melt into relaxation. Expect longer holds, mindful transitions,
and deep, slow, intentional breathwork to help you unwind completely.
