Emphasizing breathwork, modifications, and intentional movement, yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind, and fosters spiritual growth. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, these practices invite you to release tension, build resilience, and connect with your truest self.

Meet Sara Mitich

You may know me as an actor from Star Trek: Discovery, The Expanse, and Murdoch Mysteries, but my journey goes far beyond the screen. I’m also a Transformational Life Coach, podcast host, former ballet dancer, and the creator of Gratitude & Growth—a space dedicated to personal transformation, mindfulness, and mind-body-soul balance.

For over a decade, I’ve immersed myself in gratitude, personal growth, and nervous system regulation, discovering powerful tools that completely transformed my life. I once lived in a constant state of fear and stress, but through deep inner work, somatic healing, and mindset shifts, I found freedom, resilience, and a profound sense of peace. I became the person I always wanted to be—and now, I’m here to help you do the same.

As a coach, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing incredible transformations—watching my clients break through limitations, step into their confidence, and create lives they never thought possible. My mission is to provide you with the tools, space, and support to do the same.
