This energizing practice blends mindful alignment with heat-building movement to strengthen the body and sharpen awareness. Expect a balance of deep stretching, core activation, and flowing transitions to wake up your entire system.

 

With poses like Balancing Table, Triangle, Extended Side Angle, Warrior I, Lizard, and Tree Pose, this class will challenge your stability, enhance flexibility, and refine posture—all while anchoring you in the breath. We’ll flow through Sun Salutations, core work, and standing balances, finishing with deep hip openers and a grounding Savasana.

 

No yoga props? No problem! You can substitute with:
Strap → A rolled-up beach towel
                    Blocks → Two thick, sturdy hardcover books
