Often used in transformational or shamanic breathwork journeys, this method uses a three-part circular breath through the mouth to clear energetic blockages, release suppressed emotions, and awaken a deeper connection to self.
You’ll learn how to safely and effectively practice the breath pattern:
Inhale into the belly
Inhale into the chest
Passive exhale through the mouth
…all in a continuous, wave-like rhythm with no pauses in between.
We’ll explore what to expect physically and emotionally during the practice (from tingling and emotional release to insight and stillness), how to stay safe, and why this breathwork can be such a profound catalyst for healing, nervous system regulation, and soul-level transformation.
