Meet Sara Mitich
You may know me as an actor from Star Trek: Discovery, The Expanse, and Murdoch Mysteries— but there’s more to my story. I’m also a Transformational Life Coach, podcast host, former ballet dancer, and author of 21 Days of Gratitude: Simple Exercises for a More Positive Life.
My
work has been featured in Tiny Buddha, Elephant Journal, Entertainment Weekly, The New York Times, CBS, and
more.
While continuing my
work as an actor, I found myself living in a constant state of fear, perfectionism, and emotional exhaustion—on
paper, everything looked successful, but inside, I felt deeply disconnected
from myself. That experience became the catalyst for everything I do now.
For over a decade, I’ve immersed myself in personal growth, gratitude practices, nervous
system regulation, somatic healing, and spiritual development—tools that helped me find peace, resilience, and a sense of
grounded wholeness I didn’t know was possible.
I became the person I always wanted to be—not by changing who I was, but by coming home to myself. That’s why I created Gratitude
& Growth—a space where you can reconnect with your truth, regulate your nervous system, and find real
transformation from the inside out.
As a coach, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing incredible transformations—watching my clients break through limitations, step into their confidence, and create lives they never thought possible. My mission is to provide you with the tools, space, and support to do the same.
Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges or stepping into the next version of yourself, I’m here to guide you through that process.
