This extended 42-minute session invites you to fully immerse yourself in the rhythms of your breath—to ground, reset, and return to the truth of who you are beneath the noise.

 

You'll move through two complete cycles of rhythmic breathing—starting with an 8-count (for grounding), then a 4-count (for clarity), and finishing with a more activating 2-count (for energy and focus). Each cycle includes breath holds for nervous system regulation and concludes with an integration-based meditation to help you settle into the space you’ve just created.

 

The second half of this practice mirrors the first—offering a full second round of the tempo journey for deeper release and embodiment. With gentle cues, musical guidance, and intentional transitions, this class supports emotional resilience, self-regulation, and the inner knowing that your rhythm is always within reach.
