This extended 40-minute session is a deeper dive into the Activate & Release journey—designed to stir what’s stagnant, awaken what’s ready, and guide you back into clarity, connection, and calm power.

 

You’ll move through four full rounds of three-part conscious connected breathing—a steady wave of breath done entirely through the mouth:


Inhale into the belly
Inhale into the chest
Passive exhale through the mouth

 

The first and third rounds begin slower and steadier to ground and open the body. The second and fourth rounds build intensity with a quicker rhythm to activate and release. Each round is followed by a breath hold and recovery breath, leading into a still, meditative integration where your system can soften and settle.

 

This practice is emotionally and energetically potent—ideal for those seeking a full reset or release. You may experience tingling, warmth, emotional movement, or deep rest afterward. You’re always in control—slow down or return to gentle nose breathing if needed.
