This powerful breathwork meditation combines two time-tested techniques—Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath) and Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)—to awaken your energy and clear your mind. Beginning with three dynamic rounds of Kapalbhati, the practice activates your body and stimulates pranic flow. Then, transitioning into a steady rhythm of Nadi Shodhana, you'll ground that energy into centered stillness and inner harmony.

 

The session ends in quiet presence, helping you integrate the energetic charge and return to a calm, aligned state. It’s ideal for mornings, mental resets, or anytime you want to feel both alert and anchored.
