This 30-minute class blends gentle conscious breathing with quiet stillness to guide you inward. The first 10 minutes follow a calming 4:6 breath rhythm—inhaling through the nose for 4 counts, exhaling through the mouth for 6—to settle the nervous system, ease tension, and invite softness. After the breath practice, you’ll drop into a meditation designed to help you rest, observe, and reconnect with your inner landscape.

 

Ideal for starting your day with clarity or closing it with peace, this session is a powerful reminder that presence is always within reach. You don’t need to fix or force anything—just breathe, be, and return home to yourself.
