This 24 minute conscious connected breathwork session is designed to help you gently awaken your life force, move stagnant emotion, and return to a clear, grounded inner state.
You’ll be guided through two full rounds of three-part circular breathing—a steady wave of mouth breathing that flows in through the belly, into the chest, and out through the mouth without pause. Each round is followed by a breath hold, a recovery breath, and a spacious moment of stillness to integrate.
The practice ends with a short meditation, allowing your nervous system to soften and your energy to settle. Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional release, or reconnection with your steady self, this practice offers a powerful invitation to return home to your body, breath, and truth.
