This dynamic 26-minute session is designed to move energy, clear emotional blocks, and help you reconnect with your power. Using a three-part conscious connected breath—inhaling into the belly, inhaling into the chest, and passively exhaling through the mouth—you’ll flow through two full rounds of circular breathing with increasing tempo.
The first round is slower and steady to help you ground. The second round increases in intensity, offering a space to activate, release, and reset. After each round, you’ll enter a breath hold for integration, followed by a final meditation to settle into stillness and presence.
This breathwork may bring up sensation, emotion, or deep energetic shifts. You are always in control—pause, slow down, or return to nose breathing at any time.
