Energize your body and clear your mind with this focused Kapalbhati Pranayama practice. In this 10-minute session, we’ll engage in three rounds of Kapalbhati breathwork, incorporating breath holds to deepen the experience. This practice builds heat, sharpens mental clarity, and promotes circulation while cleansing both the body and mind.

 

What to expect: two rounds of 30 breaths followed by a breath hold, and a final round of 40 breaths with an extended breath hold.

 

This session is ideal for anyone looking to boost energy, focus, and inner calm, whether starting your day, preparing for a workout, or managing mental fog or anxiety.
