Use When: You feel mentally scattered, emotionally stirred, or in need of a grounding reset through vibration, stillness, and breath.

 

This gentle practice combines the calming rhythm of bhramari (bee breath) with quiet meditation to ease tension, quiet the mind, and create space within. You’ll begin with a few cleansing breaths to settle, then move into rounds of soft humming that soothe the nervous system and activate vibrational stillness throughout the face, throat, and chest.

 

As the humming fades, you’ll rest in meditation—allowing the body to soften, the mind to settle, and the breath to guide you into deeper inner stillness. A beautiful session for emotional recalibration, nervous system support, or simply reconnecting with a quieter part of yourself.
