Your account is for personal use only and cannot be shared with others. To keep the G&G Studio accessible to as many people as possible, our pricing is intentionally affordable. Unauthorized use, such as sharing login credentials or content, may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

All content provided on the G&G Studio platform, including yoga classes, meditations, mindset resources, and other materials, is protected by copyright and is for personal use only. Redistribution, recording, or sharing of content in any form without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The content on the G&G Studio platform is subject to updates or changes as part of ongoing improvements to better serve our members.

Refunds are not available for digital memberships or content. Should you want to cancel or modify any future subscriptions, or if you think it was unauthorized use of your bank information,  please contact us at hello@gratitudegrowth.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

• Discretionary Refunds
  In certain exceptional cases, such as technical issues preventing access to the course, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund outside of the usual refund period. This is subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
• Modifications to the Course and Policy
  We reserve the right to make changes to the course content, duration, and prices, as well as to modify or amend this Termination and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the course after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

• Be kind and constructive in your interactions with others.
• Refrain from any form of harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior.

The content provided by GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC through the G&G Studio platform is for informational and educational purposes only. By using our content, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC, its creators, and affiliated entities are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our materials.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. By agreeing to these terms, you consent that any disputes arising from your use of the G&G Studio will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bradenton, Florida.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any dispute with GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Yoga, breathwork, and mindset practices may not be suitable for everyone. Please listen to your body and only engage in activities that feel safe and appropriate for your individual needs. If you feel discomfort or uncertainty, pause and seek professional guidance.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. By joining the G&G Studio, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content provided by GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC, including but not limited to videos, written materials, and branding, is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, use, or modification of content without written consent is prohibited.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email or platform updates. Continued use of the G&G Studio after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The G&G Studio is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Individuals aged 13-17 may access the G&G Studio only with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor.

We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 13 to access the platform. If we discover that a user under the age of 13 has accessed the platform without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to terminate their account and delete any associated information.

If you have purchased a monthly subscription to the G&G Studio, your membership will automatically renew each month unless you notify us of your desire to cancel.

To cancel a monthly subscription, you must email us at hello@gratitudegrowth.com at least five (5) days prior to your next billing cycle.

If you have purchased an annual subscription, your membership will automatically renew every twelve (12) months from the date of your original purchase unless canceled with appropriate notice.

To cancel an annual subscription, you must provide written notice of cancellation to hello@gratitudegrowth.com at least thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date.

Annual subscribers will maintain a Guaranteed Price Lock at their original purchase rate only as long as their subscription renews automatically and remains active.

If the subscription is canceled, payment fails, or lapses for any reason, the member will be required to re-enroll at the current annual subscription rate at the time of rejoining.

Failure to cancel within the required notice period will result in the automatic renewal of your subscription, and no refunds will be issued for renewal charges once processed.

All members are required to complete and submit the G&G Studio Waiver of Liability before accessing or participating in any content, classes, sessions, or services provided through the platform. Completion of the waiver is a strict prerequisite to participation and constitutes a binding legal agreement between the user and GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC. This waiver is a non-negotiable condition of membership and is required for the legal and insurance protection of both parties.

By submitting the waiver, you confirm that:

• You are voluntarily participating in yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindset coaching, and other wellness activities entirely at your own risk.
• You understand that these activities may involve physical, emotional, and psychological exertion, and you accept full responsibility for your participation.
• You agree to hold GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC, its affiliates, instructors, employees, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or legal actions arising out of or in connection with your participation.
• You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being while using the platform, with no liability held by GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC or its affiliates.

Important Notes:

• Although your account is created immediately upon purchase, you are not legally authorized to use, stream, download, or engage with any part of the G&G Studio platform until the waiver is fully completed and submitted.
• Accessing the platform without a signed waiver is considered unauthorized use and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. By proceeding to access the platform without submitting the waiver, you acknowledge that you are engaging in unauthorized use and voluntarily assume all associated risks, thereby releasing GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action.
• Use of the G&G Studio without a signed waiver automatically voids all legal protections, indemnification, and insurance coverage that would otherwise be available to you as a participant.
• Your billing cycle begins upon purchase, regardless of waiver submission. No refunds will be issued for failure or delay in completing the waiver.
• A link to the waiver is provided in your Welcome Email. Failure to receive, open, or locate the email does not exempt you from the waiver requirement. It is your sole responsibility to complete the waiver. If needed, you may request it again by contacting us at hello@gratitudegrowth.com.
• Accessing the platform without a signed waiver constitutes a breach of contract and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access, without refund or notice.

Insurance Disclaimer

Failure to complete and submit the waiver renders you ineligible for any insurance coverage, legal protections, or indemnity associated with participation in the G&G Studio. GRATITUDE & GROWTH LLC's insurance policy requires all participants to acknowledge and assume risk through a signed waiver. No claims will be covered under any jurisdiction if this condition is not met.
