Gentle Breathing & Stillness
Introduction

Duration: 3 minutes
Level: Open (suitable for all levels)
Props Needed: None (optional: eye mask, cushion, or blanket for comfort)

This short introduction invites you into the heart of the Gentle Breathing & Stillness section—a space for nervous system restoration, inner safety, and soft reconnection. You’ll learn what to expect from these practices, how to approach them, and why slow, conscious breath can be just as powerful as more intense breathwork.

These sessions blend simple, grounding breath patterns with stillness, creating space between thoughts and reactions. Whether you’re lying down, sitting tall, or listening quietly during a break, this gentle style signals calm to your brain, regulates your heart rate, and helps you build emotional resilience—without force or pressure.

You don’t need to be “good” at breathwork. These practices are here to meet you exactly where you are.

Safety Note: This pranayama class is intended for general wellness and relaxation.
