These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Gratitude & Growth Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Program is operated by Gratitude & Growth LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a U.S.-based company offering digital memberships, courses, and related services through the Gratitude & Growth platform.
• Participation in the Program is invite-only.
• All affiliates must be approved by Gratitude & Growth LLC.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
• Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information and keep their details up to date.
Affiliates participate as independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
• An employment relationship
• A partnership or joint venture
• An agency or authority to act on behalf of Gratitude & Growth
Affiliates may not make representations, warranties, or commitments on our behalf.
- Affiliates earn a 20% commission on eligible sales.
- Commissions apply only to the Gratitude & Growth Studio Annual Plan.
- Commissions are calculated on the net purchase amount (excluding taxes and refunds).
- No commissions are paid on:
Monthly plans
Refunded or canceled purchases
Self-referrals or purchases made by the affiliate
Existing registered users of the platform
- • Affiliate referrals are tracked using browser cookies.
• The cookie duration is 60 days from the initial click.
• The last affiliate link clicked before purchase will receive credit.
• Tracking depends on browser settings and cookies; we are not responsible for tracking failures outside our control.
• Commissions become payable 30 days after the referred purchase, provided the purchase is not refunded or canceled.
• Affiliate payouts are issued monthly.
• Payments are made via Wise (international bank transfer).
• Payments are issued in USD, with Wise handling currency conversion automatically.
• Affiliates are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or financial institution.
Affiliates are solely responsible for:
• Reporting income earned through the Program
• Paying any applicable taxes in their country of residence
Gratitude & Growth LLC does not withhold taxes or issue tax forms for affiliates outside the United States.
• Affiliates may be issued a unique discount code providing 10% off for their audience.
• Discount codes:
o May not be shared on public coupon websites
o May not be used for paid advertising without prior written approval
• We reserve the right to modify or deactivate discount codes at any time.
Affiliates agree to promote Gratitude & Growth in a manner that is:
• Honest and ethical
• Aligned with our values
• Free from false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
Affiliates may not:
• Make medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed outcome claims
• Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or unethical marketing practices
• Bid on Gratitude & Growth brand keywords in paid advertising
• Misrepresent their relationship with Gratitude & Growth
We reserve the right to request removal of any promotional content that violates these guidelines.
Affiliates receive complimentary access to the Gratitude & Growth Studio while actively participating in the Program.
This access:
• Is provided solely for familiarity with the offering
• May be reviewed or revoked at our discretion
• Does not constitute compensation or guaranteed access
We make no guarantees regarding:
• Affiliate income
• Conversion rates
• Program performance
Results vary based on audience, effort, and external factors.
• Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.
• Upon termination:
o Affiliates must stop promoting Gratitude & Growth
o Eligible, matured commissions will be paid
• We reserve the right to withhold unpaid commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
